Sustainable Futures at the Design Museum

A model of our SolarShuttle will be on display at a new exhibition on “Sustainable Futures” opening  at the Design Museum, London on 31st March. The exhibition explores a range of products, concepts and projects that address issues of sustainability in their design, and will be open until 5th September.

The SolarShuttle, which was first launched on the Serpentine Lake in Hyde Park in 2007,  is entirely pollution and noise-free. Compared with a conventional diesel boat of a similar size it eliminates the production of 4900lbs of CO2 per and can even feed excess energy into the national grid.
