The LINK is one of TAG Heuer’s best known series. Following a long collaboration with TAG Heuer’s product team we designed a completely new Link collection, focusing on ergonomics and the elusive balance between performance and elegance.
Christoph explains the thinking behind the new LINK design during his visit to Tokyo.

The quality of these products means that their workings can easily last a lifetime. Our role as designers is to create designs which last as long.
We believe that great designs continue to reveal new secrets and details, which over decades of ownership keep the relationship between the watch and its user going.
To achieve this, we spend weeks and weeks refining, prototyping, and reworking the smallest details, such as the curved, faceted indexes of the new LINK.

The “cushion bezel” creates a fluid transition from bezel to case. This allows the watch to sit comfortably under one’s shirt cuff.
