Yet they continue to be made out of plastic, which feels unpleasant in the hand and cheap to the touch, and breakable glass, which renders them prone to failure from the slightest knock.

Atelier Haute Communication is a Paris and Hong-Kong based company specialising in high-end mobile phones.
It was founded by one of France’s most successful entrepreneur, Stephane Bohbot.
Christoph Behling is the creative director of Atelier HC and has been responsible since 2006 for a variety of mobile phone designs for Levi’s, Dior, Versace and TAG Heuer.
Atelier HC is the leading creator of tailor made handsets for prestigious brands. Our design team is constantly challenged to capture the essence of each and every brand to create unique and lasting products.
